Governance Statement

SEHR Governance Commitment: SEHR maintains strict governance standards to prevent conflicts of interest. Where advisory support is provided to departments under direct oversight (e.g. Audit Committee), work is conducted pro bono. These engagements are used to pilot scalable analytics, allowing SEHR to demonstrate capability without compromising compliance or independence.

SEHR uses these engagements to develop Proof-of-Concept Models, which are then positioned for broader rollout via external funders (e.g. NBI, DGMT, EU, UNDP) or replication in other provinces.
